TBTNation Terms of Use

Welcome to TBTNation.com (“TBTNation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TBTNation.com and the social networking, community, business, advertising, messaging, membership, marketplace, and other features made available through TBTNation.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing TBTNation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use TBTNation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on TBTNation.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform where such consent is required by applicable law.

Certain features, transactions, memberships, business opportunities, or areas of TBTNation may be restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Your TBTNation Account

Some TBTNation features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

The benefits, pricing, duration, and availability of these services may vary.

Purchasing a membership does not guarantee:

• Increased followers or engagement.
• Business revenue or sales.
• Advertising performance.
• Employment or business opportunities.
• Access to specific individuals.
• Financial success.
• Any particular level of exposure on TBTNation.

Membership benefits are limited to the features specifically associated with the membership purchased.

TBTNation may add, modify, replace, or discontinue membership features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the platform.

4. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

When purchasing a paid service, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

Recurring memberships may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date when automatic renewal is disclosed during purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by applicable law, payments for services already delivered, advertising already displayed, or membership periods already begun may be non-refundable.

Any separate refund or cancellation policy displayed during checkout will also apply to that transaction.

5. Community Standards

TBTNation is designed to provide a social and community environment where members can communicate, network, build relationships, create groups, participate in forums, promote businesses, and share content.

You may not use TBTNation to:

• Threaten, stalk, or harass another person.
• Engage in unlawful discrimination or targeted abuse.
• Post unlawful content.
• Promote fraud, scams, or deceptive business practices.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
• Artificially manipulate platform activity.
• Spam users or repeatedly send unwanted solicitations.
• Publish another person's sensitive private information without authorization.
• Exploit or endanger minors.
• Use TBTNation to facilitate illegal activity.

TBTNation reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these standards.

6. User-Generated Content

TBTNation allows users to create, upload, publish, transmit, livestream, share, or otherwise make content available through the platform.

This may include:

• Posts.
• Photos.
• Videos.
• Comments.
• Messages.
• Forum discussions.
• Group content.
• Business listings.
• Advertisements.
• Marketplace listings.
• Profile information.
• Livestreams and other media.

You retain ownership of content that you own.

By publishing content through TBTNation, you grant TBTNation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve TBTNation.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to TBTNation.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload or publish anything you submit.

7. Content Moderation

TBTNation is not required to pre-screen every piece of user-generated content before it appears.

We may review, restrict, remove, disable, or refuse content that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms.
• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Threatens users or platform security.
• Constitutes spam or fraud.
• Creates significant risk to TBTNation or its community.

The existence of content on TBTNation does not mean that TBTNation endorses that content.

8. Groups, Forums, and Community Discussions

TBTNation may provide groups, forums, comments, chats, and other community communication features.

Users are responsible for their own statements and interactions.

Group administrators and moderators may establish additional community rules as long as those rules do not conflict with TBTNation policies.

TBTNation may remove groups or communities that repeatedly violate platform rules.

9. Messaging and User Communications

TBTNation may allow users to communicate directly with one another.

TBTNation does not guarantee the identity, intentions, accuracy, or conduct of another user.

Do not send money, provide sensitive financial information, or disclose confidential personal information to another user unless you independently determine that doing so is appropriate.

Users are responsible for decisions resulting from communications or relationships established through TBTNation.

10. Businesses and Business Profiles

Businesses may use TBTNation to establish profiles, promote products and services, communicate with customers, advertise, and participate in the community.

Businesses are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their representations.
• Products and services they offer.
• Customer service.
• Required licenses or permits.
• Taxes and regulatory obligations.
• Refunds or warranties they offer.
• Compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The presence of a business on TBTNation does not automatically constitute an endorsement by TBTNation.

11. Advertising and Promotions

TBTNation may provide paid advertising, sponsored content, featured placements, promotional packages, interviews, business exposure, and other marketing opportunities.

TBTNation reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, pause, or remove advertising that violates platform policies or applicable law.

Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their advertisements.

Advertising results are not guaranteed. Views, impressions, clicks, customers, followers, sales, or revenue may vary significantly.

12. Marketplace Transactions

If TBTNation provides marketplace, product, or commerce functionality, transactions may occur between independent users or businesses.

Unless TBTNation expressly identifies itself as the seller, TBTNation is providing the technology that allows buyers and sellers to connect and is not automatically a party to the underlying transaction.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating one another and resolving issues related to products, delivery, quality, warranties, returns, and other transaction matters.

13. Intellectual Property

The TBTNation name, branding, platform design, proprietary technology, graphics, logos, software, and other materials owned by TBTNation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected TBTNation property without authorization except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

14. Copyright Complaints

TBTNation respects intellectual property rights.

Users may not knowingly upload material that infringes another person's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

TBTNation may remove allegedly infringing material and may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.

Copyright owners should provide sufficient information for TBTNation to identify the allegedly infringing material and evaluate the complaint.

15. Platform Security

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass TBTNation security systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape protected areas of the platform without authorization.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Probe the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use automated systems in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden on TBTNation infrastructure.
• Attempt to obtain another user's password or authentication credentials.

TBTNation may take reasonable measures to protect the platform and its users.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

TBTNation may contain links to websites, payment processors, applications, advertisements, products, or services operated by third parties.

TBTNation does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, products, or conduct of independent third parties.

Your interaction with third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

TBTNation may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violations of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Security threats.
• Illegal activity.
• Repeated community violations.
• Abuse of other members.
• Attempts to interfere with TBTNation operations.

Users may stop using TBTNation at any time and may use available account-management tools to close their accounts where provided.

Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

18. No Guarantee of Platform Availability

TBTNation may occasionally experience interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, hosting providers, internet infrastructure, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will operate continuously or without error.

Features may be changed, upgraded, replaced, suspended, or discontinued.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TBTNation and its services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

TBTNation does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available.
• Every feature will be error-free.
• Content posted by users will be accurate.
• Users will achieve particular financial or business results.
• Every user will behave appropriately.
• Third-party products or services will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TBTNation and its owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from user-generated content, interactions with other users, business transactions, loss of data, loss of profits, third-party services, or interruptions in platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TBTNation and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of TBTNation.
• Content you upload or distribute.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Products, services, advertisements, or business activities you offer through TBTNation.

22. Privacy

Your use of TBTNation is also subject to the TBTNation Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should explain how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected.

23. Changes to These Terms

TBTNation may update these Terms as the platform evolves.

When material changes are made, the updated Terms may be posted on TBTNation with a revised “Last Updated” date or communicated through other reasonable methods.

These Terms of Use, together with the TBTNation Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for particular services or purchases, constitute the agreement governing your use of TBTNation.
