TBTNation Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through TBTNation.com, including memberships, subscriptions, advertising, promotional services, business features, upgrades, digital services, and other paid offerings.

By completing a purchase through TBTNation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Because TBTNation provides immediate access to digital memberships, community features, promotional tools, advertising opportunities, account upgrades, and other digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once a purchase has been completed or access to the purchased service has been provided.

TBTNation does not guarantee refunds simply because a member:

• Changes their mind.
• No longer wishes to use the platform.
• Fails to use purchased benefits.
• Does not log into their account.
• Does not take advantage of available membership features.
• Does not receive the engagement, networking results, followers, customers, sales, leads, or business results they expected.
• Purchases the wrong membership or service.
• Later finds another service or membership they prefer.
• Has their account restricted or terminated because of a violation of TBTNation policies.

Failure to use a purchased service does not make the purchase refundable.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable membership period begins.

Members are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions before their next renewal date.

Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges when cancellation is completed in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation does not ordinarily generate a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, members may continue using eligible paid features through the remainder of the period for which they have already paid.

No prorated refund or credit will ordinarily be issued for unused time.

3. Lifetime and One-Time Memberships

Lifetime memberships, permanent upgrades, one-time membership packages, and similar purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law or expressly approved by TBTNation.

“Lifetime” refers to the duration for which TBTNation continues offering the applicable membership, platform, program, or service and does not constitute a guarantee that any particular feature will exist indefinitely.

TBTNation may modify, replace, upgrade, or discontinue individual features as the platform evolves.

4. Advertising Purchases

Payments for advertising, sponsored placements, promoted posts, featured business listings, promotional campaigns, interviews, exposure packages, and similar promotional services are generally non-refundable.

Once an advertisement or campaign has been approved, scheduled, prepared, published, displayed, promoted, or otherwise begun, the purchase is considered fulfilled in whole or in part and is not ordinarily eligible for a refund.

TBTNation does not guarantee any specific:

• Number of sales.
• Customers.
• Leads.
• Followers.
• Subscribers.
• Website visits.
• Conversions.
• Revenue.
• Engagement level.
• Business outcome.

Advertising purchases provide access to the promotional service purchased—not a guarantee of commercial success.

5. Business and Promotional Services

Payments for business memberships, premium placement, promotional opportunities, interviews, personal-brand features, partnerships, or other specialized services are non-refundable once TBTNation has begun providing, preparing, scheduling, reserving, or allocating resources for the service.

If a purchaser fails to provide materials, attend a scheduled session, respond to communications, or otherwise cooperate in delivering a purchased service, TBTNation is not obligated to issue a refund.

TBTNation may, at its sole discretion and where appropriate, offer rescheduling or account credit instead.

6. Digital Products and Immediately Accessible Features

Digital products, downloads, account upgrades, premium features, digital access, virtual benefits, and other electronically delivered products are generally non-refundable after they have been delivered, downloaded, activated, accessed, or made available to the purchaser.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Users are not entitled to refunds because their account has been suspended, restricted, or terminated for violating:

• TBTNation Terms of Use.
• Community standards.
• Advertising policies.
• Applicable laws.
• Platform security requirements.
• Other TBTNation rules or policies.

Loss of access resulting from a user's violation does not cancel payment obligations already incurred.

8. Voluntary Account Deletion

Deleting your TBTNation account does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or create a right to a refund.

Users should cancel active recurring subscriptions before deleting their accounts where applicable.

Amounts previously paid are not ordinarily refundable because a user voluntarily chooses to leave TBTNation.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction or charged an incorrect amount, contact TBTNation promptly.

After verification, TBTNation may correct legitimate billing errors through a refund, reversal, account credit, or other appropriate remedy.

10. Failure by TBTNation to Deliver a Purchased Service

If TBTNation is unable to provide a specifically purchased paid service for reasons attributable to TBTNation, we may, as appropriate:

• Reschedule the service.
• Provide a comparable replacement.
• Extend the applicable service period.
• Issue platform credit.
• Provide a partial refund.
• Provide a full refund.

The appropriate remedy will depend upon the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Refund Requests

When a refund exception may apply, users should contact TBTNation through the official support methods listed on TBTNation.com.

Requests should include sufficient information to identify the transaction, such as:

• TBTNation username.
• Email address associated with the account.
• Purchase date.
• Transaction or order information.
• Service purchased.
• Explanation of the issue.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, TBTNation reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies for an exception under this policy.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact TBTNation first regarding legitimate billing concerns so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a charge was unauthorized or that a refund was owed.

TBTNation reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, card networks, or other financial institutions with relevant transaction records when responding to a payment dispute, including records demonstrating account registration, authorization, purchase details, login activity, service activation, advertising delivery, digital access, communications, or other evidence relevant to the transaction.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the associated TBTNation account to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer's lawful rights to dispute genuinely unauthorized or erroneous transactions.

13. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

Purchases made using promotional pricing, coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, special membership rates, or negotiated pricing remain subject to this Refund Policy unless different refund terms were expressly provided with the offer.

A later price reduction does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund of the difference.

14. Platform Credits

When TBTNation elects to provide account credits, advertising credits, promotional credits, or similar accommodations, those credits:

• Have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash.
• Cannot ordinarily be transferred between users.
• May be subject to expiration dates or usage restrictions.
• Are not equivalent to a cash refund.

Issuing a discretionary credit on one occasion does not obligate TBTNation to provide the same accommodation in future situations.

15. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy eliminates or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If the laws applicable to a particular transaction require a refund, cancellation period, or other remedy despite this policy, TBTNation will comply with those requirements.

16. Changes to This Policy

TBTNation may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy as its memberships, advertising programs, business services, and platform features evolve.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

The version displayed at the time of purchase, together with any transaction-specific terms presented during checkout, will govern that transaction where required.
